Gift-wrapping Service

All items can be gift wrapped in our beautiful hand made batik paper for a small charge.
For gift wrapped items, you may include a personalised message with each gift on our Jellybean gift card, up to a maximum of 10 words.

Where gift wrapping is not paid for, we will NOT include any gift card but the packing slip will show any message you add.

Delivery

All prices are exclusive of delivery. We offer two delivery options within the UK:

Standard delivery is £4.95 and free for orders over £75 and your goods should arrive within 3-5 working days.

Express delivery is £8.95 and delivery will be within 1-2 working days.

Overseas delivery is £12.95 to Europe, please allow 10-14 days for delivery. Unfortunately we do not ship outside Europe.

For artwork and personalised gifts please allow 10-14 days for delivery.

All goods are sent recorded delivery via Royal Mail and will require a signature upon receipt.

Should a parcel not arrive please contact us with all relevant information and we will try to help. However The Jellybean Gift Company cannot be help responsible for lost, stolen or unclaimed parcels once they are shipped.

Should a parcel be unclaimed and subsequently returned to The Jellybean Gift Company, we will only re-ship the goods on receipt of an additional p&p charge.

Please note that delivery charges are non refundable (unless the order is cancelled before it is shipped).

Returns

If any items do not meet your expectations, please return them in their original packaging within 14 days for a refund or exchange. We regret that postage, packaging, gift wrapping and insurance are direct costs and will not be refunded unless the goods are faulty.

We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen parcels – please obtain suitable proof of posting when returning goods.

You may cancel your order at any time before goods are shipped.

These terms & conditions are in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer which remain unaffected.
