Gift Certificates

You can purchase a gift certificate from Jellybean Gifts to send to anyone you like. The amount of the gift voucher will then be added to your account. You can either spend this yourself (always tempting!) or email it as a gift to a friend, giving them a unique gift certificate code, which can be used in full or part to purchase any item (including shipping) in our store.

If your shopping cart total is more than the amount of the gift certificate, you will be able to pay the difference by using an alternative method of payment.

Where the shopping cart total is less than the gift certificate amount, you will be able to use the remaining amount against a further purchase from our store.

Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

If any items do not meet your expectations, please return them in their original packaging within 14 days for a refund or exchange. We regret that postage, packaging, gift wrapping and insurance are direct costs and will not be refunded unless the goods are faulty.

We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen parcels – please obtain suitable proof of posting when returning goods.

You may cancel your order at any time before goods are shipped.

These terms & conditions are in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer which remain unaffected.

Safety Standards

All items conform to the relevant UK safety standards and, unless indicated by the item’s packaging, all goods are suitable for newborn babies.

Whilst every effort has been made to portray items accurately, slight variations may occur. Please note that photographs are for representational purposes only and are not necessarily to scale. Colours and content may vary slightly from the images shown.

All items are offered subject to availability at time of ordering. However, should an item be out of stock there may be short delays in delivery and The Jellybean Gift Company will notify you accordingly.

We reserve the right to vary our prices due to future fluctuations in costs, however if a purchase has been made, and therefore a contract entered into we agree to supply the goods at the published price. You will be advised of any variation before your order is dispatched.

Data Protection Act

Any information that you give will only be used by The Jellybean Gift Company, except where it is necessary to pass this information to third parties for processing your order.
Payment online is via a secure site. We do not hold your credit card details for future transactions.
